Marc DeHart, MD specializes in reconstructive hip and knee orthopaedic surgery and sports related injuries. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, VA. Following medical school, Dr. DeHart completed his residency training in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, Lackland AFB, Texas.

Dr. DeHart completed a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore MD. He is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and has an added subspecialty in sports medicine.

Paige Burau is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric orthopaedics. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing in San Antonio at the University of Texas Health Science Center, graduating near the top of her class. She gained valuable experience working as an ER nurse at University Hospital before returning to the Health Science Center for her masters degree to become a family nurse practitioner.

Rajiv Rajani, MD among 52 selected for 2016 Leadership San Antonio class

The San Antonio Express News announced that fifty-two people will make up the 2016 Leadership San Antonio class, the San Antonio and San Antonio Hispanic chambers of commerce have announced.

Class members will meet monthly next year to hear from industry experts and elected officials about the aspects that make the business community and local governments function.

The annual program, started in 1975, provides participants opportunities to expand and continue their service to the San Antonio area.

Dr. Robert Quinn, MD to appear on New York University’s Doctor Radio, which is broadcast on Sirius XM radio

Dr. Robert Quinn will be a guest this evening on New York University’s Doctor Radio, which is broadcast on Sirius XM radio. Doctor Radio is produced by New York University’s Langone Medical Center. Dr. Quinn, who is a professor and chairman of our Department of Orthopaedics, will be speaking about ACL injuries and will be introduced as our faculty member on the program. 

The interview is confirmed to be on Monday, October 12, 2015 from 7 - 7:30pm CDT (6-6:30pm EDT).
