American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons’ Council on Research and Quality

 

NEW ORLEANS, La. (March 9, 2018) – Texas orthopaedic surgeon Robert H. Quinn, MD, became the chair of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Council on Research and Quality (CORQ).

The CORQ serves to advance the application of scientific knowledge to improve the safety and effectiveness of musculoskeletal care. The Council develops and disseminates evidence-based tools that facilitate physicians use of clinical practice guidelines and appropriate use criteria.
