Assists the program directors in managing the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency, Sports Medicine Fellowship, and Adult Reconstructive Orthopaedic Surgery (Lower Extremity) Fellowship programs by ensuring all accreditation standards are met. To maintain highly successfully residency and fellowship programs, ensures that educational activities support the required curriculum; departmental and program policies are created and enforced; and recruitment strategies are implemented. Supervises the department’s medical student programs to ensure it maintains compliance with the School of Medicine LCME requirements. Oversees the Orthopaedic Grand Rounds to ensure compliance with Continuing Medical Education requirements as well as the resident didactic conferences and visiting professorships.
